After installation I clicked on the icon and began a wonderful journey.
I have a little problem with the resolution, which is: the display resolution of my new laptop is just 1366*768, and although CIV 5 can recongnize this resolution, it can not correctly display. By "correctly" I mean the menu and popup windows are so big, that I can't get to the bottom of the menu or popup windows. For example, in the page where the players need to be selected, I can just get Washington, but Wu Zetian is already out of the screen. Anyway I can get to Wu Zetian at last, on one other page, but for this I thought that the programmer is not so thoughtful.
And there is no more clock on the interface, that means I don't know what time is it when I am trapped by CIV 5. As everybody knows, "one more turn" is the best weapon for us... This leads to my very late sleep at about 3 o'clock everyday in the next week. Are they intend to do this??
Anyway I went into the game and have tried several times. I have to turn all the graphical options to mininum, otherwise the only way to play it smoothly is to turn to strategical view, and actually I like this new thing, it seems like you are leading a war on the map. Do you know what is better? Depending on the different ages, the strategical map can appears like a real map, with different symbols and signs. And of course, with the development of the axillery methods of war, more and more information can be seen on the map. A detailed idea of this will be discussed later in a separate articles.
The Stadtstaat system is interesting and annoying. You have to always feed them with money and change their side at one moment. And I didn't find them how powerful. Well, they are there on the map, so if the hostile goes just nearby they will attack, but, what else? A city state itself sometimes only have 2 or 3 units, so far I found it a little "useless", but somehow a lot of people in the forum have seen the benefit of city state. We will see. By the way, I have played the fourth level.

The new domestic politic system is ... is changed, at least. I can't say now if it is better or worse for me now, I will play more to find it out. But the total number is much less, and the same situation is happened also in the tech tree. I hope that the civilization series can go on with its high level and sophisticated content. Don't bend to the market. You guys are doing a great job, that's
